How is this different from hiring an in-house AI engineer or another agency?
We don't sell hours and we don't sell retainers. We ship one workflow against one bottleneck and you own it end to end. An in-house AI hire is a six-month bet at $150k+. An agency rents you their team and bills monthly forever. We're a four-week proof — and after that, you decide whether to keep building or walk with what we shipped.
What if the pilot doesn't deliver?
Our promise is simple: if we can't ship a working pilot in four weeks, you don't pay the build fee. If we ship it and it underperforms, we either iterate it on us or refund you. We'd rather lose one fee than ship work that didn't move a number.
Will this replace my team?
No — and that's not the goal. The automations kill the four-hour Friday report, the 9pm bid checks, and the manual-listing grind. Your team stops doing junior work and gets pulled into strategy, creative, and customer relationships. We've never had a client lay anyone off after a pilot — they grow accounts instead.
Will it break my stack? What does the integration look like?
We plug into what you already pay for — Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Triple Whale, Meta & Google APIs, GA4, Slack, Notion. No new dashboards to learn, no rip-and-replace. If your stack genuinely doesn't fit the build, we tell you on the audit call before you spend a dollar.
Who owns the IP — can I take it with me?
You own 100% of it. Every prompt, workflow, integration, and credential lives in your tools, in your name. At handover we transfer the repo, the documentation, and the access — no SaaS dependency on us, no off-boarding fee, no vendor lock-in.
Will my data train someone else's AI?
No. We use API access (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) under enterprise terms with zero-retention settings. Your customer data, ad data, and product catalogs aren't logged or used to train any model.
Who is this not a fit for?
Brands under $1M in revenue (the bottleneck is usually demand, not automation), brands whose real problem is product-market fit, and founders looking to outsource thinking instead of execution. If that's you, we'll say so on the call and point you somewhere better.
