Pilot before you partner
One workflow, scoped & shipped
You own the build, always
What we build for agencies
Three places AI cuts your delivery cost.
The work that's eating your team's hours and your margin — SEO, ad ops, content, reporting — systemized into workflows that compound.
Performance
Ad iterations, bid checks, creative tests. Hours per account, every week, across every client.
What we build
Ad optimization agents across Meta & Google
Creative iteration on a brand-safe loop
Anomaly & pacing alerts per account
AI SEO systems that ship at scale
Content Production
Briefs, drafts, variants, approvals. Every account manager has their own hacks. Nothing compounds.
What we build
Brief-to-draft pipelines, on-brand
Content calendars that auto-populate
Asset variant generation at volume
QA and brand-voice guardrails
Client Reporting
Performance pulls, weekly decks, monthly QBRs. Billable on paper. A time sink in practice.
What we build
Automated weekly reports per client
Narrative summaries, not just charts
QBR decks generated end to end
Client portals that update themselves
Try before you partner
One workflow. One pilot build.
No retainers, no upsell theater. We ship one automation against your highest-pain workflow. You see the work, you see the time saved, you decide.
How the first build works
You name the workflow that's eating the most hours — SEO, ad ops, content production, client reporting. We build the automation end to end. You see exactly what you're getting before any partnership conversation. If we don't move forward, you keep the build. We part as friends.

Scoped, shipped, in your hands
You see the build before any partnership conversation. No vague decks, no sandbox demos — the real workflow, plugged into your stack.
Honest fit-check, upfront
If the bottleneck is process, not tooling, we'll flag it before you spend a dollar. We've turned down agencies who weren't ready.
You own what we build
Every prompt, workflow, and integration is yours. Plugs into how your agency actually delivers. Walk away whenever, take the work with you.
How it works
Three steps from kickoff to handover.
No long discovery phases. We scope, build, and ship inside the first month — against the workflow that's hurting most.

Common questions
Before you book the call.
The questions agency owners actually ask us before signing on for a pilot.
How is this different from hiring an in-house AI engineer or another automation consultant?
We don't sell hours and we don't sell a tool. We ship one workflow against one bottleneck and you own it. An in-house AI hire is a six-month bet at $150k+ before you know if it works. A typical "automation consultant" sells you Zapier glue and a retainer. The pilot is a four-week proof against your highest-pain workflow — and you keep the build either way.
What does the pilot actually cost?
Pilots are scoped on the audit call once we see the workflow. Most land between $5k and $15k depending on how deep the integration goes — a reporting engine that pulls from five client stacks costs more than a brief-to-draft pipeline for one. We send a fixed-fee scope before any work starts. No hourly rates, no surprise invoices.
What happens if it doesn't work or we don't see ROI?
If we can't ship a working pilot in four weeks against the scope we agreed on, you don't pay the build fee. If it ships but doesn't move the needle the way we projected, we partner up to tune it on our dime for an extra cycle. You keep the build either way — there's no version of this where you're left with nothing.
Will this replace my team?
No. It eliminates the four-hour Friday report and the 9pm bid checks — the junior, repeatable work that nobody loves doing. Your AMs stop being report jockeys and get pulled into strategy. We've never had an agency client lay anyone off after a pilot. They take on more accounts with the same headcount instead.
What does the integration look like? Will it break our stack?
We plug into what you already use — Slack, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Looker, GA4, Meta & Google Ads APIs, HubSpot, Airtable. No new dashboards for your team to learn. If your stack doesn't support what the workflow needs, we tell you on the audit call — before the scope, before the invoice.
Who owns the IP? Can I take it with me if we stop working together?
You own 100% of it. Every prompt, every workflow, every line of code, every API key. We hand over the repo and the credentials at the end of the pilot. No vendor lock-in, no licensing fees, no "platform" we trap you on. If you walk, the build walks with you.
What kind of agency is this not a fit for?
Agencies under ~$1M ARR — the volume isn't there yet to make automation pay back. Agencies whose real bottleneck is sales, not delivery (we can't fix a thin pipeline with AI). And agencies looking for someone to "own AI strategy" forever — we're builders, not a permanent retainer. If any of those sound like you, we'll say so on the audit call instead of taking the money.

Last thing
Production is brutal. Your margin shouldn't be.
If your team is good, the only thing missing is the system behind them.
